Tiny dots make up one large solid Dot. A dot is a producer and a user. A dot takes up space within the large solid Dot. It is not a parasite! But it does require food, air, and earth’s natural resources (such as fuel). All tiny dots produce and maintain food, air, and natural resources. All tiny dots do this through manufacturing, services and training and other means. Tangible products are stored in a huge central inventory by working or producing what all dots combined will need to continue to exist. Regional Distribution centers are placed according to populated geographical areas. The dots must produce and supply the energy to maintain the inventory. A dot uses the inventory based only on its own needs to exist. If a dot uses more inventory than what it produces or needs to exist, then it must be removed. The Dot System can only support the dots that contribute. The World is covered in dots. The World System IS the Dot System. There are some parasites. Parasites take from the Dot System inventory to maintain their own existence. Parasites are not a part of the system. Parasites take what they want.

Currently, the Dot System has too many dots that do not contribute or produce enough. Therefore the Dot System is subject to imploding. If a dot does not contribute its fair share, or a dot is using more than what that dot is entitled to, then that dot needs to be removed. How much is needed in the availability of supplies, services, and/or natural resources in order to maintain the Dot System must equal or exceed what each dot contributes. This is known as The Sum Total of its parts equal the Whole.

Lets just talk for a minute about communication between dots. Is it a good thing that dots are able to communicate with one another? Not fully is the answer. Those dots that comply with the standards and rules of the Dot System benefit the System and adhere to its structure and rules. But those dots that do not comply are a real threat to the Dot System. So, it is necessary that communication between all dots must be observed and intervened upon when necessary. The rationale for observation of the dots is to intervene in dots that leave their place or position in the Dot System. Dot identification allows free travel and trade rights throughout the member states and system. Original thought is not allowed in the Dot system. All thought and action must align with the standards of the system. Original thought is contrary to the system structure. Each dot must follow the Dot System rules. If it does not or veers from the rules, then it holds no value to the system.

In order to maintain the Dot System, communication between dots must be managed. Any communication that goes contrary to the standards of the Dot system will be stopped immediately.

Communication of Rules and Standards are pre-set by the Command Center utilizing the Quantum Computer that is integrated within the dots. Only those dots that are integrated into the Dot system will remain in communication with other dots. Any dot that communicates contrary to the Dot System is considered to have gone rogue and will be eliminated. This rule of communication keeps the System safe from inside division of dots or rebellion against the system. It is necessary for the system to have a Command Center or what we would call System Governance. Since system governance also provides the framework for attaining a system’s objectives, it encompasses practically every sphere of management, from action plans and internal controls to performance measurement and system disclosure. The System Control Governance utilizes the Quantum Computer in order to maintain cohesion or solidarity.

All dots within the Dot System are humans that carry within their biological bodies a dot. This dot translates all biological information within the human and the neurological signaling into a machine language using 1s and 0s. Machine language is transmitted both to the Quantum Computer and from the Quantum Computer to the dot. Where in days past humans housed data and neurological signals within themselves in their brain and nervous systems, now this is replaced by dots. These dots are Graphene Quantum Dots.( GQD) There was a time before the GQDs were placed inside of humans. Because of diverse populations holding differing beliefs, traditions, rules, standards and ideologies, disturbances and chaos abounded throughout societies. Wars and Rumors of wars abounded. Hoarding of goods, services, raw materials, and natural resources were owned and manipulated by groups and individuals. Healthcare was unequally available. Gold Standards with associated tangible cash and credit was unequally distributed which caused high to low classes of peoples. There were 3rd world countries that were robbed of equal opportunities. Human rights of survival and happiness were impeded. Much of the world population could be divided into “the haves and the have nots.” Disrespect, hatefulness and harshness toward one another were common patterns of thought. Sexual preference was used as identification of disease and immoral behavior, rather than upright and moral. Marriages were limited legally by age and consent. Babies were born with deficiencies and flaws without predetermined acceptable levels of health or abilities. Education varied according to schools of thought and beliefs. Dependence was placed on the unseen rather than the rational existence of genetic evolution. Prisons housed the lawful along with the lawless without legal pathways to freedom. Guilds and Unions powered manufacturing and service industries. There was no fair share, there was no equity or equality. Not until the development of the Graphene Quantum Dot and the Great Reset.
